Shipping policy

We currently offer overnight shipping to physical addresses within the United States. We use UPS Next Day shipping, and we print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using frozen ice / dry ice in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

Customers are able to pick up their order from us in Lafayette, LA to save the cost of shipping.
